Is my rental software supported?
We connect with many more providers than those listed here. Tell us which software you use and we’ll check whether it already has a connection. Your developers can also build a custom connection through the Bearbox API.
What can a rental software connection update?
Rental connectors can handle move-ins, access restrictions and move-outs. The supported changes depend on what the provider has built into its connector. For custom integrations, your developers can use the same API as Bearbox Portal to manage customer access and read site events from their own software.
Can we use our existing monitoring service?
Bearbox can send alarms to a monitoring station or Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Tell us who monitors your site so we can check the connection. Your monitoring service handles the response under the plan agreed with you.
Can our developers build a custom integration?
Yes. The Bearbox API supports customer imports, access changes and site events. Each integration has its own credentials, and you can restrict requests by IP address. Contact us for API access and documentation.
